Open Bed Co does not sell leads. Partner seats are vetted before they are filled, and a directory listing is not an endorsement of price or outcome. A directory listing is a listing: it does not include a seat in the members room, and it can be upgraded to a power partner seat at any time.

The questions everybody asks.

Isn't this just Facebook, for money?

No. A free group gives you opinions from strangers and an audience for your worst day. This is a moderated, professional room: vetted members, real business strategy, live sessions, and partners who are accountable for their advice. You are paying for who is in your corner, not for access to a feed.

I don't have time for another thing.

You already spend the time: solving the same problem twice, learning the hard way, doing tours that don't convert. The network is built to shorten that, not add to it. Bring one problem, get an answer from somebody who has already solved it.

Will my competitors see my information?

The network is private and moderated. Members share what they choose to share, discussion stays inside, and nothing about your business is published on this site.

I'm not licensed yet. Can I join?

Yes. People planning a home are welcome, and there is only one membership, so you join the same room on the same terms as an owner of seven years. The business side is most of what separates a home that opens from one that does not, and that is what is in here.

Is there a chapter in my state?

You do not need one. Open Bed Co is national and membership does not wait on a chapter opening near you: join today and you are in the same room as everyone else. Chapters are where members meet in person, Oregon is the first, and telling us where you are is how we decide where the next one opens.

My state doesn't call it an adult care home.

Adult family home, adult foster home, residential assisted living, personal care home, board and care. The license is called something different in every state. The job is the same, and so is the room.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, through your account settings or by contacting the team. Cancelling stops future billing rather than refunding what you have already paid, and your access runs to the end of the billing period you are in. Billing and cancellation in full.

I'm a vendor. Can I just advertise?

Not in the room. Power partners earn attention by being useful in front of providers under their own name; if you only need to be findable, the partner directory is the honest fit. Open Bed Co does not sell leads.
